(1) No suit shall lie in any Civil Court against any assessment made or order passed under this Act.

(2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any authority under this Act or against any employer for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made there under.
