63. Members, etc., to be public servants
Every member of the commission, the 1[director general], and every member of the staff of the commission, and of the 1[director general], shall be deemed, while acting or puporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this act, to be publi servants within the meaning of section 21 of the indian penal code (45 of 1860).
